Enppi staffing level is an indication of the successful exploitation of its personnel resources. From about 150 employees in 1980, Enppi has grown steadily each year to its present level of more than 1300 employees. To maintain a high standard of performance, the Human Resources Development Department follows up on the career development of Enppi's personnel and arranges courses and on-job training in local and overseas companies in order to keep abreast with the latest technological advances.
