PDVSA Gas intends to contract Enppi to execute the engineering, procurement and construction of the gas conditioning plant to be built in the state of Sucre of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. The aim of the project is to process the gas coming from the offshore fields Patao / Dragon with anticipated production of 600 MMSCFD of lean gas.
- Separation (slug catcher and inlet scrubber)
- Filtration (inlet gas filter and dust filter)
- Gas dehydration (molecular sieve technology)
- Utilities requirements such as:
- Compressed air
- Fuel gas system
- Utility water system
- Chemical injection system
- Flare system
- Open and closed drain system
- Waste water treatment system
- Electrical generation system
- Electrical distribution system
- Telecommunication system
- Fire water system
The project will be executed based on Umbrella Contract to be signed between PDVSA Gas and Enppi with associated Work Authorizations as follows:
- Work Authorization#1 Basic engineering Review
- Work Authorization #2 Project Management, Detailed Engineering and Purchasing of Long Lead Equipment
- Work Authorization # 3 Remaining Procurement Services and Material supply.
- Work Authorization # 4 Construction Supervision & Management and Construction works
The target completion of the project is March 2009 in order to support the domestic market needs of natural gas.
The Engineering and Procurement Scope will be executed from Enppi office in Cairo with the presence of PDVSA Gas Team to assure on spot review in order to achieve the project target.
Enppi scope of work will also cover the Conceptual, Basic and Detailed Design for Phase II of the Project which will introduce additional 600 MMSCFD of rich gas through the execution of two Work Authorizations under the same Umbrella Contract. |
