In – House Training
- A total of 45,950 training hours were conducted across all company departments through the end of 2025, in addition to 850,200 training hours dedicated to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS).
- 270 training programs were implemented for 2,077 employees, who benefited from 5,753 training opportunities throughout 2025.
- 829 university undergraduates (engineering and non-engineering specialties) in Enppi according to its Summer Training plans along.
Training Local and Foreign Companies in Enppi Training Centers
- During 2025, approximately 18000 trainees from oil, gas, petrochemical, and industrial companies enrolled in 1600 training programs covering technical, administrative, and financial fields, as well as in accredited certification programs.
- Several accredited certificates were awarded, including:
- Attaining NEBOSH Silver Learning Partner status and delivering the NEBOSH IGC (International General Certificate) in Arabic.
- Accreditation of Enppi as an NFPA-authorized training center for fire safety and protection programs.
- Launching the ROISA program for Rig Operation Inspection and Safety Assurance.
- Obtaining IADC DIT (Drilling Industry Training) accreditation for drilling safety.
