Converting the extraction method using Phenol as an extraction solvent using NMP (Normal Methyl 2-Pyroledone) because of the following:

• NMP is environmentally better than Phenol.
• NMP chemical characteristics that prefers it as a solvent.
• Shortage in Phenol production.

Carrying out the detailed design of the MP Refining Unit Revamp, reviewing and finalizing the P&ID's with full piping, designations (including pipe specifications, insulation thickness, valve, Designations), vendor equipment data and drain points and reviewing hydraulics system and plot layout to ensure unit performance matches equipment specifications
