Rehabilitate the Coker Complex in SOPC company to increase production to reach 5000 MTBD that includes the following units:
- Vacuum Distillation Unit “VDU” (Unit 10) - 5000 MTBD
- Kerosene Hydro treating Unit (Unit 11) - 1500 MTBD
- Delayed Coker Unit (Unit 12) and Vapor Recovery Unit “VRU” (Unit 14) – 3400 MTBD (both units)
- Diesel Hydro treating Unit (Unit 13) – 5250 MTBD
- Amine “Sweetening” Unit (Unit 15) – 400 MTBD
Some units will be revamped, and the others will be replaced.
