Process and deliver 435 MBD of low sulfate water to injection headers in ANDR and FZRN reservoirs, using 580 MBD (maximum) sea water through 36-inch intake pipeline approx. 700 meters, 145 MBD of reject water will be returned to QUAD1 Pipeline through 16-inch intake pipeline approx. 700 meters. Low sulfate water will be required to maintain reservoir pressure. Nf package produces low sulfate water with capacity of 435 mbpd, Consisting of 5 trains 4 in operation and 1 common spare. The package design, delivered as modules with following parts:
- Filtration skids. (6 skids)
- Feed pumps skids. (5 skids)
- Inlet control valves skids. (5 skids)
- NF modules. (5 trains each train has 9 modules complete with the membrane vessels + 2 control valves skids)
- CIP filtration skids.
- CIP pumps.
- SWRO for CIP water (two trains each have one membrane skid with its valves).
