Installation of a New Pre-Flash Column to decrease the Vapor Load at Crude fired Heater to achieve design Unit throughput during processing Crude Oils with Higher API gravity and/or increase the CDU/VDU Unit-01 capacity to 115% in case of processing Crude Oil with same design API.
